By utilising our state-of-the-art virtual environment, participants don’t just learn from a book. Instead, they can learn from their own actions. They can learn by doing.

Participants are challenged with a variety of tasks, interactions and scenarios like that on a real site and must navigate towards solutions themselves. The virtual environment means that no participant flies under the radar. Everyone is obliged to contribute and participate.

This ensures participants think dynamically about the issues and challenges they are presented with and cannot rely on just the facts alone. More importantly, common sense, lateral thinking and intelligence are required for sensible and logical decisions to be made in a timely manner and to achieve the best solution for each session.

This makes simulation training hugely successful due to its ability to provide participants with the opportunity to trial various strategies, test out theories, practise skills and develop confidence, all within a work-like pressured, but safe, secure and controlled environment.

Considering the traditional methods of delivery, simulation training provides a very different and more dynamic mode of learning. It adds considerable variation and even fun and excitement to a course. Interest in the course material is guaranteed since the learner is part of the expose of the outcome.
